Depending on how oily your hair gets will determine how often your hair requires shampooing.

Wash hair with either shampoo. (Moisture Nourishing Shampoo/ Hydrating Invigorating Shampoo) When shampooing be careful not to suds and rough your hair's cuticle too much because it will create frizz.

Follow with Nutrient Replenishing Conditioner. Using a paddle brush or wide toothcomb while conditioner is still in the hair, brush/comb from ends to roots. Rinse, completely clean.
Before blow-drying apply a dime size amount of Hair Nourishing Cream to wet hair to act as a heat protector for blow-drying. Blow dry.

Once hair is completely dry, take a pea-sized amount of Nourish & Shine in your hands, rub and then pull through the hair.

Once hair is completely dry, section the hair and begin flat ironing. Mist each individual small section with Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner to heat protect.
You may then apply the heat appliance. The Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner will act as a steaming component to protect your hair from the heat. Think about this in the sense of steaming a shirt. Make sure you reduce heat appliance temperature to 350°. Don't exceed a temperature of 350° or it will compromise your curl pattern.

For added shine use 5 drops of Hair Nourishing Serum as a finisher.
