Character Counts

Character is what you are in the dark. — Unknown
Character is a gift that we give ourselves. We shape this gift from the time that we are born, it takes a lifetime to build it. The sum total of the decisions that we have made, continue to make, and will make is our character.
We as humans share the common thread of having to make choices, it’s inevetible. Our character is reflected in the very nature of the choices - whether for good or bad. Make the choice to give yourself the strong gift of character by carefully considering every choice that you make to ensure that it aligns with the character that you are choosing to build.

Manageability and Shine for Fine Hair

Hair Nourishing Cream + Hair Nourishing Serum + Condition & Sculpt = Shiny solution for fine hair

Individually, Hair Nourishing Cream and Hair Nourishing Serum are remarkable…combined, they’re magic!
Although this blend of products can be used on all types of hair, it’s particularly effective on fine hair. It adds absolutely no weight - just great natural shine. Blend a pea-sized dab of Hair Nourishing Cream with a couple of drops of Hair Nourishing Serum in the palm of your hand. Apply to your locks. It will leave your hair soft, nourished, and shiny. It fortifies hair, reduces fly-aways and seals the cuticles. These ALL NATURAL products are completely safe, even for toddlers!

Protect Your Hair While Wearing Winter Hats

Bone chilling winds and below freezing temperatures calls for winter accessories, mainly hats! Cold temperatures usually include low moisture in the air and also less humidity, which can lead to hair breakage. We turn to hats not only to protect your hair from the extreme conditions while keeping us warm but hats are also a life saver on a bad hair day.
Here’s the skinny on hats…being that hair is already drier and more prone to break in the winter, fabrics such as wool or cotton can snag hair. Of course the snagging could lead to an easy break with the hair lacking moisture. I’m in no way saying that you should not wear a hat or that you should discard your favorite wool hat, just take a few precausions:
* Wear a silk scarf under your hat, you can coordinate it with your outerwear or your outfit.
* Sew a satin lining to the inside of your hat or have one one added if you are not a super star with a needle and thread.
Love Your Hair,

Jane

You are only defined by your past if you choose to give it your power, energy, and attention” -Unknown.

We all have the tendency to hold ourselves more accountable than we do others. Give yourself the gift of forgiveness, it’s time. Isn’t that load of “burden” that you’ve been carrying around getting heavy? Accept that you are a human being, imperfectly perfect with faults, failures, errors, and mistakes. Now is the time to calm the urge of self rejection and quiet the sense of failure.
Let go of past hurts, fears, resentments and trust in your goodness. Forgiving yourself is a choice that takes courage and strength, it gives us the opportunity to become an over-comer rather than remaining a victim of our own scorn.
Forgive yourself and let it go.

There is a voice in the Universe urging us to remember our purpose for being on this great Earth. This is the voice of inspiration, which is within each and every one of us.

- Dr. Wayne Dyer

Finding your life purpose can help you move with greater focus and clarity every day of your life. If you are unsure of what your purpose is, ask yourself two questions: “What is most important to me in my life?” and “What are my deepest values and beliefs?”. Once you have some answers to these questions, use the answers to develop your life purpose and intentions.

Remember that this key piece in your path to self-discovery is an evolving process. The answers can change in accordance with the changes and new realizations inside of you. What’s important is that you remind yourself of your purpose frequently. As you do, you become more focused and effective in building a brighter future for yourself.

When you live life to its fullest, you are constantly a developing work of art.
