Once you have lived through the actual event dealing with the reality and then re-lived the event when you created your peraonal story to share with others, it’s time to bounce back and flourish!!!

Start with reinterpreting the adversity, remove “blame” from the scenario and open yourself up to the lesson.
Declare it a moment of change and seize that moment, get excited about the positive outcome that will come from this transition.
Surrond yourself with optimistic individuals, to create an endless loop of support.

Remind yourself, you are much better to experience the roller coaster of life, than to be flatlined with no experiences at all.
