Berries and Cherries Month: Berry Chocolate Foot Mask
Many berries and fresh fruits are low in calories and rich in antioxidants to keep your heart and smile healthy. Increase your consumption of fruit this month to celebrate Berries and Cherries Month, keep in mind that some of your favorite nutritional fruits are also beneficial to your skin! May I suggest a Berry Chocolate Foot Mask?
What Your Need:
½ pint fresh crushed Strawberries
¼ cup cocoa
2 tablespoons of Jane Carter Solution Nourish & Shine
4 tablespoons of honey
How to Mix:
Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl; this will be the ‘foot mask’ of your pedicure.
What to Do:
- soak your feet in warm water to soften skin and cuticles
- remove polish
- shape toenails
- push back cuticles
- exfoliate/scrub with pumice stone
- apply Berry Chocolate Foot Mask to feet, heels and ankles; let sit for 5 minutes
- rinse and moisturize with Nourish & Shine
- cleans toenails with polish remover
- polish
