Break the Rules, Find Your Freedom
Sometimes you just have to declare your own independence; scream it from the rooftops and demand it from those that are resistant.

Assert your freedom and independence from any and all things that you feel bound to. Let go of:
- material possessions
- relationships that no longer ‘work’
- unhealthy behaviors
- living a lie
- being self-absorbed
- your daily routine
- codependency of a partner or spouse
- the fear that you just might fail if you try, so you never try
When you reflect or examine your inbox or to-do list, how do you feel about the life you have created? Is it satisfying? Does it bring you joy and happiness every day? Are you surrounded by people that lift you up or tear you down? Are you living the life you were destined to live? Slow down enough to find your freedom!
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” No longer respond to people and situations without thinking. Slow down your thoughts and actions enough to consider if what you’re about to say or do next is in your best interest…or if it will even make you happy.
Find your freedom!
