Kiwi

Kiwi is loaded with Vitamin C and very low in calories. Two medium kiwis add only 90 calories to your diet but deliver a whopping 240% of the daily value for Vitamin C and provide 450 mg of potassium, beta-carotene plus four grams of dietary fiber. This tiny little furry fruit packs tremendous nutritional wallop. Eat it alone, in a fruit salad, or on top of yogurt and cereal.

Grapefruit

Grapefruit are very high in Vitamin C and half a grapefruit contains 100% of the daily value of Vitamin C. Surprisingly low in calories, a whole grapefruit contains only 120 calories which is why they are often associated with diets and weight loss. Low in sodium and a rich source of lycopene, this is the perfect fruit for boosting your immune system. Grapefruit are often eaten plain or easily juiced. Remember: certain medications may react adversely with grapefruit, so make sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist.

Nourish & Shine

Nourish & Shine may not provide 100% of your daily value of Vitamin C and we don’t recommend that you eat it with a spoon, but we did formulate it with the yummiest of ingredients like Shea butter, Kokum butter, Illippe butter, Mango butter, Vitamins A, D, & E, pear and grapefruit essential oils.

Nourish & Shine is a blend of all natural vitamins and essential oils and the result is an incredible hair nourisher. It completely melts in your hair, adding amazing shine and never leaving your hair feeling greasy or limp.

Like Kiwi and Grapefruit, Nourish & Shine is good for your hair and your skin.
