Make Your New Year Count

This time marks the start of another exciting chapter in our lives! I try and greet every New Year with a good attitude; it’s a good time of year to re-prioritize who you are and where you’re going.

"Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right." –Oprah

The New Year is also about a clean slate and new energy to accomplish those goals after spending the holiday season eating all the wrong foods, sleeping too little and celebrating too much!

2013 allows the opportunity to create the greatest year yet! How you shape your destiny will be determined by the quality of the decisions you make. The most important decision to make is to clear up all negative influences and entities on and around your energy field. Resolutions usually sound impressive but rarely carry follow through. Goals are different. Goals are measurable. Goals carry with them a sense of accountability. Goals are intentional; resolutions are just good intentions.

Feeding your soul, nurturing your spirit and eating health IS the goal!

Hi, I just relaxed my hair a week ago after coming from braids, as I was sitting in the salon chair, I KNEW that this would be the LAST TIME I relaxed my hair!!! My question is how long should I wait to start transitioning my hair from relaxed to natural? and what products would you recommend for me to begin the process at home?

My name is Steve Sweat and leaving comments and computers is not my thing, but I recently had my lox done by //www.facebook.com/tkafele . Blessed with a full and thick head of hair that is impossible to pick or comb through. I came to Kafel with a half bees waxed dreds / half bushy afro and my giant pick. I was ready for war because with my blessing of thick hair also came the curse of a tender head. No need for a pick kafele says to me took my coat and offered me something to drink. So of course I’m thinking damb! he’s gonna rake my head with a comb. OMG! pain, agony, despair. Nope no pain,no comb, no pulling and yanking on my hair like its a tug a war.
I was sat in a actual salon sink and chair then had my hair washed with your product called Scalp Renew, it should be called Scalp Who Knew or Scalp Voodo. This stuff is amazing I really felt a tingle in my scalp which usually takes 2-3 washes to get clean. Only 1 wash with Scalp Renew while kafele explained the product to me, cause of course I asked.
Kafele used some other products of yours but I dozed of and woke up and he was putting lox in my hair with a comb! Say what no picking, pulling and raking. My Lox are all even the same size and clean. Plus I didn’t have to go to war. Winning! Kafele put another product of yours that smelled like oranges that left my hear shining but not greasy.

Kafele has a homey but professional Salon set up, that together with your product and his skills it’s a shame if anybody has hair pain. Get to know Kafele get to know Jane.
